尼康(日文:株式會(huì )社ニコン,英文:Nikon Corporation,又譯為藝康(香港)股份有限公司),即日本光學(xué),知名日本照相機品牌,也是三菱集團的關(guān)系企業(yè)之一。尼康致力于光學(xué)和影像產(chǎn)品的研究開(kāi)發(fā),其產(chǎn)品包括照相機、望遠鏡、顯微鏡和測量?jì)x器。
尼康創(chuàng )建于1917年,當時(shí)名為日本光學(xué)工業(yè)株式會(huì )社。1988年該公司依托其照相機品牌,更名為尼康株式會(huì )社。
“尼康(Nikon)”的名稱(chēng),從1946年開(kāi)始使用,是“日本光學(xué)”日文讀音(Nippon Kogaku)的羅馬字母縮寫(xiě),并且融合了德文中蔡司照相機ZeissIkon中kon的寫(xiě)法。
尼康株式會(huì )社(社長(cháng):苅谷道郎)為了在中國正式擴大數碼照相機等映像業(yè)務(wù),于2005年4月在上海成立了由尼康全額出資的銷(xiāo)售、服務(wù)子公司——尼康映像儀器銷(xiāo)售(中國)有限公司,2006年4月分別于北京,成都,廣州設立了分公司。
中國的經(jīng)濟近年來(lái)呈現顯著(zhù)發(fā)展的勢頭,各國企業(yè)把中國作為今后發(fā)展最快的巨大市場(chǎng)而加緊了進(jìn)軍中國市場(chǎng)的速度。尼康也通過(guò) Nikon Imaging China 等生產(chǎn)基地進(jìn)行各種產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn),開(kāi)展了在中國的業(yè)務(wù)。在銷(xiāo)售方面,此前通過(guò)香港的當地法人—— Nikon Hong Kong Ltd . 進(jìn)行中國的市場(chǎng)營(yíng)運和銷(xiāo)售活動(dòng)。此外,還在中國各地設立指定的修理店,在進(jìn)行技術(shù)指導的同時(shí),進(jìn)行售后服務(wù)。
為了今后在急劇擴大的市場(chǎng)上真正地謀求事業(yè)的發(fā)展,尼康認為需要建立更加強大和穩定的銷(xiāo)售與服務(wù)體制,因此這次決定由尼康全額出資成立進(jìn)口和批發(fā)銷(xiāo)售公司。
新成立的公司將通過(guò)直接進(jìn)口和銷(xiāo)售膠卷照相機、數碼照相機等映像設備產(chǎn)品,在提高銷(xiāo)售額的同時(shí),強化與市場(chǎng)緊密相連的市場(chǎng)營(yíng)運,并通過(guò)更加有效的廣告投入,達到品牌滲透的目的。此外,在售后服務(wù)方面,通過(guò)把眾多指定的修理店進(jìn)行據點(diǎn)化和直營(yíng)化,使之在技術(shù)方面得到強化。
尼康將在不斷發(fā)展的中國市場(chǎng)上完善從市場(chǎng)營(yíng)運到銷(xiāo)售和服務(wù)的整套體制,通過(guò)提供滿(mǎn)足顧客需求的商品和高質(zhì)量的服務(wù),進(jìn)一步強化尼康在市場(chǎng)上的地位。
